We are looking for a skilled Technical Programmatic & Retail Media Ads Specialist to join our team and support the growth, optimization, and performance of our programmatic and retail media advertising operations.
Job Summary:-
The Technical Programmatic & Retail Media Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting advertising operations across SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs, and retail media platforms.
This role requires a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), ad inventory optimization, and retail media ecosystems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Loblaw Media, Google Ad Manager, OpenX, and similar advertising platforms.
The candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, technically sound, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance, maximize revenue, and support business growth.
Job Location and Address:
This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location:

Key Responsibilities:-
Programmatic Advertising & SSP Management:-
- Oversee the daily operations of the Seller Side Platform and ensure smooth platform performance.
- Manage and optimize ad inventory to maximize yield, fill rates, CPMs, and publisher revenue.
- Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns including PMP deals, open auctions, preferred deals, and direct deals.
- Monitor RTB activity, bid requests, win rates, fill rates, discrepancies, and revenue performance.
- Work on SSP integrations, demand partner management, and campaign performance improvements.
Retail Media Platform Management:-
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across retail media platforms including:
- Amazon Ads
- Amazon DSP
- Walmart Connect
- Loblaw Media
- Other retail media networks as required
- Monitor and analyze key retail media metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, attributed sales, and revenue performance.
- Support campaign setup, keyword targeting, audience targeting, bid optimization, and budget pacing.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, conversion performance, and advertising ROI.
Campaign Setup, Optimization & Reporting:-
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across programmatic and retail media platforms.\
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities.
- Generate regular performance reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Create insights and recommendations based on ad performance, revenue, audience behavior, and campaign KPIs.
- Support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance improvement strategies.
Technical Troubleshooting:-
- Identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, tracking, discrepancies, reporting, and campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot tags, pixels, creatives, ad server issues, and conversion tracking.
- Work closely with technology and product teams to support integrations and platform improvements.
- Use basic HTML, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge to assist with technical troubleshooting and custom solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:-
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to align campaign strategies and revenue goals.
- Support internal teams with platform knowledge, reporting insights, and technical guidance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising and retail media.
Qualifications:-
Education:-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Technology, or a related field.
Experience:-
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, SSP operations, digital media buying, or retail media.
- Experience working within an SSP, DSP, ad exchange, or retail media platform environment is preferred.
